Cancellation Policy

As a full-time business owner and mama, my time is precious. Because I have back-to-back appointments I require an advanced notice for cancellation of 48 hours. No-shows, late clients (10+ minutes late) and failure to cancel/reschedule past the 48 hour mark will result in a card charge of 100% of scheduled service.

I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all clients. I want to make it explicitly clear that inappropriate and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. As part of my commitment to maintaining a professionalism, I reserve the right to refuse services to individuals engaging in such conduct. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone.
